Arbor Pro is family owned and operated, and we've been caring for trees across the greater Columbus area since 2018. Our arborists are ISA certified, we're fully licensed and insured, and we carry the equipment to do the job properly — from a climbing saddle to a compact loader.

Good to know
Are estimates really free?
Yes. We'll look at the job and give you a price with no charge and no obligation. If photos are clear enough we can often quote without coming out at all.
Are you licensed and insured?
Licensed, fully insured, and our arborists are ISA certified. Ask and we'll show you the paperwork before any work starts — you should ask that of anyone you let near your house with a chainsaw.
Do you clean up afterwards?
Always, and it's included in the price. Brush chipped and hauled, wood cut down and removed or stacked if you want to keep it, and the area raked out before we leave.
How fast can you get out for storm damage?
We run 24/7 emergency response. If a tree is on your house, across your drive, or hung up over something it could hurt, call — don't wait for morning and don't try to move it yourself.
Does the stump come out too?
Only if you ask for it — removal and grinding are priced separately. We grind six to ten inches below grade so you can sod, plant or build over the top, and you choose whether the chips get backfilled or hauled away.
Does my tree definitely need to come down?
Often it doesn't. Plenty of trees that look finished just need deadwood taken out or a limb reduced. We'll assess it and tell you straight — we'd rather prune it now than lose you as a customer.
